Pork Tapa Pepper Steak


  • 2 packs Mekeni Specials Pork Tapa
  • 2 cans button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 big onion, diced
  • 1 whole garlic, diced
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 5 tbsp cooking oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Thaw out Mekeni Specials Pork Tapa.
  2. Cook the Pork Tapa in the pan.
  3. Remove the cooked Pork Tapa and in the same pan sauté the onions and garlic and mushroom.
  4. Once onions are translucent, add the cooked Pork Tapa, mushroom soup and add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Let it simmer until the pork tapa absorbs the mushroom soup.
  6. Serve with rice or mashed potato.
