With at least 3 years of key account experience in the FMCG Industry
With good leadership skills
Must be flexible and adaptable to new business process and culture sets
With good distribution and key account management background
Must have strong critical and analytic skills
With good communication presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Leadership background is a plus
Planning and Organizing, Data Analysis, Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Negotiation Skills, Account management, Distributor management (not required but a plus)
Basic knowledge of profit and loss
