For North Luzon And Mindanao
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably from a Marketing or Business course
- Minimum of four (4) years supervisory experience in trade marketing, sales or product or brand management in the FMCG or food industry
- Must have strong creative, strategic and analytical skills, especially when it comes to data integration and analysis
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design execution of trade marketing activities
- With strong ability to effectively communicate with all levels/ divisions/ groups within and outside the organization
- With strong project management skills
- With good leadership skills and strong ability to work and communicate with third-party service providers
- With good written and oral communication skills
- Must be computer savvy especially with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Must be flexible and adaptable to new business process and culture sets
- Must be highly organized and has good time management skills
